Euro Bauer Real Estate s.r.o. is our sister company, part of the holding portfolio. In our understanding, it serves as a strategic land bank, where the company plans and creates new real estate projects. These lands are prospectively designated for the growth of our company, where the company develops projects according to market demands and the urban plan of the respective locality.

The company also deals with the purchase of lands belonging to the extraterritorial areas of municipalities, incorporating these parcels into the urban plan, and subsequently into the intravillan of the given locality.

For large-scale parcels, we aim to create a development study on this land, which, after approval by the respective municipality, we include in the urban plan. After this step, we subdivide the entire area into smaller plots, build infrastructure and utilities, and then sell these parcels to clients as building plots ready for immediate commencement of construction work.

The company’s portfolio includes lands designated for individual construction of family houses, lands for logistics, civic amenities, and recreational development.

As an enterprising developer, we are always looking for new land acquisitions and opportunities to add to our portfolio.

Land requirements

Size

We are open to different sizes, our focus usually starts at:

  • Plots intended for family houses – from 1500 m2 (our intention is to build at least 3 to 6 family houses in one project)
  • Land intended for civic amenities – from 700m2 (according to the criterion of the share of greenery and location)
  • Land intended for logistics construction – from 1200m2 (the land must have a good transport infrastructure)
  • Land intended for recreational purposes – from 1000m2 (depending on the attractiveness of the plot)
  • Other non-building plots – from 6000m2

Location

We primarily seek parcels with potential population growth in the given city. For family house projects, we look for land with minimal distance from the city center. We search for land for civic amenities mainly in city centers. We prefer recreational land near tourist attractions.

Ownership

We strongly prefer full ownership of the land or a minimal number of owners.
