The Slnečné Stráne – Rajecká Dolina project is an expansion of the family house construction project in the cadastral area of Stránske – Kunerad. The project includes a new location with five bungalow-style family houses, which together form a modern and unified architecture in a beautiful environment. The construction site is located in Rajecká Dolina and is only 5 minutes away from the famous Afrodita – Rajecké Teplice spa.

The implementation of the second phase of Sankt Johannes II will consist of recreational log-style facilities of various sizes, using purely natural materials of solid wood. During the implementation of the project, we preserve the character of the area, along with the requirements for environmental protection of the given territory. We are collaborating with the NAPANT organization to maintain the bird and plant habitats, which will be complemented by natural lake corridors and traditional fauna planting. The project reflects the urban requirements of the area, providing the possibility of its full use for recreational purposes in the environment of Jánska Valley, with beautiful views of the Low Tatras. The log cabins are generously designed with consideration of the demand for large-scale recreational facilities.
